今天碰到listing agent, 他說買家auction 後不能settle... (居然會有這種事!?)
現在要在找買家了~~~~

the agent was to talk to bidders who bid at the auction first... there are around 4-5 parties.

but funny... that the winning bidder cannot settle as they have insufficient funds.

成交價是1.875 mil 那10% 不是187,500 嗎

還是付1% 就可以???
