标题: Royal oak和Mt Roskill哪个好一些？ [打印本页]

Epsom买不起。这两个都在epsom边上，不知道这两个区哪个好点？貌似还有three king

Mt Eden is better.

大部分街区来比较的话是royal oak

royal oak 是中上区， mt roskill 是差区，当然royal oak靠南比较差，因为onehunga and three king 的政府房

Mt roskill 差嗎，$120多萬的房呀太多了，有能力買這差区嗎？

royal oak 听起来就比mt roskill 高级点

不过 pt england听起来也挺高级的。。。哈哈

three kings的公房太多，尤其是购物中心的房子，治安太差

只能说Mt Roskill潜力大，政府下决心重新开发得话就没问题了。

對呀，每個街不同，MT ROSKILL很大，不能一下說不好吧，我前面兩套房，未上市，我估計能超130萬以上，就400地，背山面球場景色

其实还是有一点道理的，比如说拿来和remuera比，Epsom的确少了一点点气质，orakei又少了学区。不过其实都算好区了。华人喜欢Epsom多一些，洋人喜欢orakei多一些。
