标题: 求解各位IT前辈们，你们的IT工作都是怎么找的啊 [打印本页]

本人是一个苦逼找工作的刚毕业的IT学生一枚，刚毕业我对工作的热情不是一般的啊，对每个工作机会都特别重视，每天就面对电脑不断的看各种招工的信息，通过一段时间的找工作经历，发现工作真的是非常难找啊
1. 首先是IT的分类真的特别多啊，不知道该往哪方面发展，硬件软件系统数据库网络网站什么的都分得很细啊，看见工作分类直接整个人都懵了，找不到方向啊。。。。。。我在学校到是什么都学了点，但是发现学校学的东西好像到工作上不怎么用得到啊，太浅了。。于是决定在家自学充实自己（挺后悔现在才自学的，以前上学干嘛去了，不过起码我现在还能有觉悟要自学），不过自学也不知道往哪方面学啊，感觉自己比较感兴趣web方面，但是查了下web方面的招工信息好像比较少，而且基本都是要有经验的，现在已经开始各种找资料学习了，也在自己努力做成品出来，不过不知道这样学下去是不是个坑，毕竟只有1年时间，现在看不到一点希望，要是有其他方面的IT工作机会我肯定也会接受的
2. 工作经验真的没有啊，看见那些招工要求都要5年以上，8年以上经验。。。。这些我都避开了，我要投个CV那个HR肯定会觉得我招工要求都没看清还好意思投CV。。虽然说CV不怕多发，但是我投CV还是很厚道的，起码招工要求看清楚了才投，所以投了些明确招毕业生的或者招实习的，还有的没有写太清楚要求工作经验的我也投了（各位雇主请不要嫌我烦），
但是很多实习的工作都要求要工作经验
，我。。。。。
3. 目前得到了两个IT Support的面试机会，不好意思我都搞砸了。。虽然我问了各种能问的人都回答我IT Support就是打杂的（道听途说，我倒是不这么认为，打杂不就是要求什么都会吗，很技术啊），什么都干，我也查了很多资料，面试的时候还是被一些问题难住了。。求IT Support大神传授解决方法
4. 如果有介绍工作的大大就好了，我是BIT Level 7毕业的，没有pay也没有关系啊，求给一个积累经验的机会，再苦再累我都愿意干啊，上学的时候我就一直在打工了，虽然没有IT的。。， 随时准备着

我也发现这是一个很大的问题,学校里面基本什么都学了一点但是什么都不精，连JQuery我都是最近自学才知道。。惭愧啊。。我个人是比较倾向于前端开发，最近在加强本来有的知识和自学photoshop，js库和php这些，但是这些对找工作来说好像不是一个很好的方向，因为看了很多招工要求都要5年以上经验

不需要那么麻烦，申请各大公司的GRADUATE PROGRAMME，我当年就这么出来的。。。。。。。不过好像现在都是明年的PROGRAMME。
你可以试一下VODAFONE, EY，KPMG, Deloitte, PWC, TELECOM （Gen-i), Datacom (很多GRADUATE POSITIONS)，Accenture, Capgemini, Orion Health, Kiwi-plan (Java developer, 也是Graduate 不错的starting point), Gentrack, Air NZ, Auckland Council, Opus.......... 这是我以前找过的，或者是同学的，其他有些，想不起来了。。。。）

我十年前跟你现在情况一模一样. 熬了几年才出头. 你去STUDENT JOB SEARCH 看看有没有机会. 我记得他们有 IT 工的. 我曾经干过一个只有一天的工, CITY大公司, 号称IT, 还要CV, 结果把我弄去搬了一天的电脑桌. 个中辛酸只有自己知道了. 同学你刚开始, 还得磨练.

要选什么方向，你现在找工作的话估计是工作找你，你做几年以后就要关注一下你的发展方向了。
我一般会看招聘公司的salary survery和行业的发展趋势。IT 行业现在的buzz word是SMAC
Social
Machine Learning
Analytical(BIG DATA)
Cloud
You can Find the Salary survey from here , read page 8 for IT trend in Auckland
Sourcing ITprofessionals will require
fast and proactivehiring methods
regardless of whatskills and experience
are required.However, the professionals
in shortest supplyare likely to include:
CRM and AXconsultants who can refine
customer experience;web developers
with SharePointexperience; mid-level

experience; and ITspecialists with a good
knowledge of mobilework solutions like

以上的skill，你看看你有没有机会接触。当然也要看看在往发展有没有机会。想我现在做SharePoint，不过新西兰很少有公司有SharePoint architect，所以我现在就卡在这了，向往上走的话就要学很多其他的东西。在软件方面Architect更多是BI 和integration ，或者是在product公司里做的production或者application architect。所以你如果想要做到architect level的话，就需要花更多的时间，多了解下，看看这种技术有没有更高的职位。

主要是网络方面的问题，比如公司里一个员工电脑上不去网了，我应该怎样做，怎样从我这边看看网络和用户的连接。。我不知道公司里是个什么样的，通过怎样的命令去check路由和用户，这个是不是涉及到Cisco方面的知识，公司里都用的Cisco吗？
比如公司网络瘫痪了，我要怎么做，我是应该先查看公司的路由工作状态，如果路由没问题，我再联系网络供应商吗？
公司的数据库是按照普通的导入导出就可以了还是有专门的备份系统？
还有如果公司里有刷卡机，打印机这些是不是就按照说明上的配置就好了
问题有点小白，希望前辈不要介意。。

I suggest that if you are serious about getting into this field, then start brushing up your skill and knowledge in this area. I can answer all your questions here, but it doesn't mean you will know all these topic by heart and know what to say in your next interview.
Most grad start with Tier 1/2 support role and all you need is basic IT knowledge (focus on Microsoft, understand basic TCP/IP, basic of how internet work etc). Some basic microsoft certification might help too. Don't bother learning Cisco at the early phase, there's hardly ever any Cisco related entry level job.

没用，都是基本的概念和troubleshooting步骤。运气很重要，沟通也很重要，语言更重要啊。。。。。。

这个信息很有用，我也准备毕业，这两天开始找全职IT support工作了，发了好多简历了，看来也可以发这种graduate program，O(∩_∩)O谢谢

我第一份工作是student job search里找来的，当时误打误撞以为是暑假full time的那种，面试完最后拿到Offer才是个fullltime的，当时还有最后一门课要上。
后来跟我聊，他们说他们想找真正做过的，好在大学里选的课都比较实际，当年200 Level的讲的sql database, 当时课本就是微软DBA认证的课本。学的还比较扎实，外加当时还有一门课是几个人在一起的做项目。

IT support就是一万金油，什么都要懂一点，什么都不精，年轻时还是不要往这方面走，入门容易，但以后的发展空间不大。

I used to do IP support 15 years ago, and i am now a specialist that earn pretty good money. Majority of my colleague all start from similar background (IT support), so i am not sure where you actually got your argument from.

I think you should consider in doing Microsoft Cert. This will look good on your CV + you can gain some knowledge from it. I had the same problem before when i fresh graduate, i dont know what i want to do in IT field. So i took a course for MCSE 2003, and I have a great mentor which lead me to become a system administrator. I got my first job through "Walk-in" to every company and submit my CV to the manager. I was lucky to get the opportunity that time, it was a small ICT company but at least i got my foot step into IT field.

That's pretty good. I've already have some interviews for IT support, even though one is just 6-months contract, hope that I can get good news soon. I think it's still a little hard for the first job, but there's still 'HOPE', lol

I have Microsoft Cert and a mentor too, haha, he gave me a lot of useful advice! Great man! Hope that my hard word will pay off in the end. ADD OIL,LOL

If you mean how should a fresh graduate find a job, you need to first think about what do you have to offer to your potential employer. Companies are not charities and when they are hiring, they need people that can help them solve problem or make money. If you are looking for a helpdesk/IT support role, you need to make sure:
- technically you know enough to be able to handle what ever that comes up that a IT support/helpdesk typically deal with
- your english (both speaking as well as writing) is up to a certain level. If you can't understand what your user is trying to convey, or you can't understand your boss's instruction, then it's not a very good look.
Are you trying to get into helpdesk or software development side of thing? best of luck to your job hunting journey, do ask if you have more Q.

I'm confident about my written English but not verbal as I'm in NZ only for less than 4 years and didn't have too many chances to practice. But I don't have any communication problems.

新西兰硬件基本没有什么厂家吧。一般都是说软件，或者咨询行业。
如果有天赋，可以考虑从软件开发做起。如果能做起来，以后做任何IT工作都会感觉很轻松。
我个人感觉做后台业务要比前台业务更好。前台业务很花哨，但是变化很大，以前的经验过几年就过时了。后台的技术相对变化比较小。 如果在中国国内，做互联网技术比较吃香；在这里估计是做企业客户更好一些？
另外发现一些规律，新西兰的客户比较喜欢微软的产品。很多大客户都把自己的系统向微软云平台迁移。在新西兰了解一些微软的产品应当不错。虽然从企业级产品的角度看，微软的产品一般都比较低。
