RT:Some Auckland house hunters under pressure to find the right property are making snap purchase decisions after viewing their new home for less than 30 minutes.
Frustrated buyers who have lost at previous auctions are among those "jumping" on properties after viewing them only once, experts say.

中介也开始继续发传单，说有 cash buyer。预算有100w, 愿意附近区域买个4房或有潜力成为4房的，不一定大地全幅地，户外空间够就行。。。

终于等来久违的失去了理智的最后疯狂，欣喜若狂。什么时候再来一波property seminar大潮就更刺激了。

再仔细想一想，泡沫最后会死得很惨的。
涨带来的贫富悬殊，贷款压力，对普通人来说都是不好的。当然我不是十套八套房等着高位抛售。
