46 ppl waited in the queue for 3 days to buy 28 sections. Yes camping on the street.

Section size 480M2, about 515,000AUD (about 579000 NZD). Land only. 36km north of Sydney.

Some interstig things:
1. once ppl bought the house, they don't hope it will drop (otherwise they will look stupid). Same everywhere.
2. AU has capital gain tax. very effective, isn't it?

所以要移民的应该先考虑澳洲
