标题: 求教！全木房子（内部也是全木的）会不会很潮？有什么隐患或者要注意的吗？ [打印本页]

昨天看了个OPEN HOME 是全木头房子（内部也是全木） http://www.trademe.co.nz/772828259，虽然还蛮喜欢的，但是发现和昨天同区看的其他几套房子有明显的以下几点问题：

第一，沙发都有点潮的手感，其它同区砖房和weatherboard的沙发摸上去感觉没那么潮
第二，感觉冷气直从脚板往身上鉆，尽管有地毯还是比同区其它类型房子感觉脚凉很多
第三，感觉会不会年代长了长蛀虫把房子吃了？

请懂房子的高手帮忙看看，谢谢您的不吝赐教，麻烦顺便告知下这种房子有什么要注意的或者有什么隐患

it has nothing to do with the lockwood, more of the insulation under floor / on ceiling / in the walls.

ask if they have done anything like pink batts.

请教这种结构的墙也能加保温棉吗，感觉里面内部木头和外面木头完全就是一层，好像中间没有夹层能塞保温棉的感觉呢。

there is still wood frame in between la. will be quite expensive to put pink batts in i think, the work will be more difficult than normal GIB.

but at least the ceiling / under floor should have that.

I'm looking at a 1960 wooden house at the moment...

Just need to be careful of the subfloor, the one I'm looking at has bora damaging the wood at the subfloor...

similar to other types of house la.

and saving you money do interior painting haha.

这房外墙材料比较薄，潮湿是无法避免的，即使安装各种保温材料。

按年代来说墙里面应该没有保温材料，按楼上说的因为内墙是木头，不好安装保温棉。

应该可以装保温棉的。就是花钱的事。地板和屋顶都可以做。
