大家好，想問問。
如果房子freehold,一層的wearthboard+新鋪了一層plaster。

只有一個衛浴，獨立廁所，就是一邊是衛浴（是浴缸）加洗臉盆，另外旁邊一個獨立廁所。現在我想拆掉浴缸，換成一個廁所加淋浴，需要council 批准對嗎？怎樣申請呢？上哪個網站呢？

council 會派人過來看嗎？大概多少錢呢？

這麼整一下，整個工程大概多少錢呢？聽朋友說，在east tamaki那邊有些工廠，廁所大概是＄100－＄150左右，中國運過來的，對嗎？這個淋浴設備也大概多少錢呢？

有經驗這樣改過的朋友可以給一下建議嗎？？你們一般在哪裏買廁所阿，淋浴這些阿？？

But I think bath change to shower box is totally fine

You need to ask the council , someone will answer your questions. But you definitely need to apply consent and get CCC.

同lz一样的，把浴缸拿掉，加个马桶，淋浴房，脸盆新做，铺的塑料地板。3500。那时不懂，也没有申请什么。压力不够，还把热水从电的改成液化气的。

Done it without CCC for a house few years back

expensive even though with average materials.

I will apply CCC if I want to sell it. but lot of houses have added toilet/bathroom without CCC sold easily, coz people love to have two toilet/Morden shower.
