挺想买的，但又不敢下手？不知道大家觉得如何？也不知道这么大的房子，普通的装修，需要花费多少钱呢？多谢

可惜在大路上，大破底下，不容易停车

同样的房子，在MT.ROSKILL PARKINSON 都要675K

如果在去年，或许有人敢出700K中

哎，这个问了中介，卖了71万。。。。太贵了。。。。实在是，目前的市场，房价还这么。。。

71万，不错的价格，看来这个春夏，房价并不冷。我看了你给的Trademe链接，觉得屋况不是很好，可能旧了点，这个价格确实不错。
