之前在网上申请job, ad上说7月底结束招聘. 广告都已经撤掉了. 今天刚刚收到email 是这么说的:

Dear XXX

We would like to apologise as there has been a delay in the recruitment for this position. We will be in touch with you about the position by Friday 15thAugust.

will be in touch with you 这到底是将要进行phone interview 了 or HR还在筛选合适人选中 ?? 谢谢

是啊，最好简单准备一下

it just means they are still in the shortlisting process and they will let you know by Friday whether you successfully made the shortlist or not. I don't think their email indicate that they will definitely interview you (either face to face or via phone) at all.
