上次卖的时候去看过open home，当时才新装修过的，看来是现屋主买来装修卖的，看起来倒是比之前漂亮了。

时间太紧了，买家也不傻，那个附近的房价普遍不高，UNITEC也有自建公寓的计划，长期那附近的房子稳中走地

刚收到房子中介的邮件：

Also of interest - we had a property at 22 Phyllis St, come on the market Sept 2014, didn't sell at auction so then had asking price of $949k, it was eventually withdrawn from market and rented out. Came back on the market a few weeks ago and sold last week for $1.215m (3 bidders saw it over the $1.2m), so just shows how far house prices have come - that's $250k in a 12 month period. (And nothing was changed to the house)

14年81.65万买的， 14年9月上市要价94.9万没人出价，结果前几天121.5万卖了。。。。。

阿海。。。。可这个投资一年4个月赚了40万呀，顶5年的工资了。。。还不交税。。。不过老九心里也偷偷乐嘿，我同期买了个同价同区同面积同房型的哈，
