1. Have my New Zealand Learner licence in 2012
2. I arrive in NZ on Dec 2013 with Hong Kong driver licence

Can I drive in NZ?

Under the driver licensing rule clause 88. A person, on arrival (Dec 2013) in New Zealand is deemed by subclause (1) to hold a New Zealand driver license may continue to drive under that driver licence until the person obtains or renews a New Zealand driver licence (3d).

I am deemed to hold NZ driver licence on Dec 2013
是不是如果 Dec 2013 之後沒有obtain New Zealand driver licence就可以用overseas licence?

不对如果你有nz learner 那么overseas 就不可以用了
