你是说非portable的比如heat pump需要resource consent或building consent？
有这么复杂么装个

我去HN見過，還拖一根管子的。

覺得還是裝個HEAT PUMP靠譜

谢谢就是这个因为那个建筑不允许装heat pump只能选portable的
