欢迎网友Comments! 投票结束,小结。从112人投票中知:8,9月买房是否好时机?这问题让网友分成几乎不相上下的两部分(35-是,29-否)。这说明什么?说明不管是什么时候---某个时间点,总有一些人认为是好时机,而另外一部分认为是不好时机--因为他们考量问题的切入点不同以及自身条件不同等等。我们可以预测(?)两年或七年以后的房市,但这没有实际意义!----因为那是人人都能想到的,过去的几个循环让人亲身体会到的(1998年-2007年,2008-2013年关注或买过房子的话?),我们要把握的是当下!
