公司下个月就要卖了，无论留用或离开，作为员工会得到任何补偿吗？需要和旧公司签任何协议吗？还有就是holiday pay公司应该什么时候支付？

Regarding the holiday ,That is depends on the acquisition agreement between the new ower and the previous one. If the new owner agrees that they take over the liability, then you won't get the holiday pay unless you resign.
you might need to sign a new contract with the new owner.
Normally there should not be any 补偿to 员工 involved,if the acquisition does not affect your jobs.

我公司之前就被卖过。如果你提前找到其他工作，除了HOLIDAY LEAVE要给你，其他什么都没有。如果你没找工作，公司留用的话，一切照旧，不留用的话就会把你的HOLIDAY LEAVE给你，然后给你一笔redundancy pay,但是redundancy pay能给多少取决于你公司的合同是怎么签的。这是我们公司的规定。不一定每个公司都这样。具体你还是要看你的合同怎么写的，如果有工会的话，跟工会讨论，他们应该比较清楚你们的合同上是怎么写的

以前有过一次。公司倒闭前，先贷款把所有员工的钱都结清，然后fbt掉各类家具，然后清算。公司领导算是有良心的。
