本人是用store manager的title來申請pr...現在被要求解釋關於budget plan的問題...問題是店從開業以來這麽多年都沒做過實質的budget plan..老闆也覺得不用做..其他方面都完全沒問題的情況下移民局會單單因爲這個budget plan的事來拒絕我的申請麽？？

store manager 貌似budget plan 是其中一个大要求吧？其实最简单的一个例子就是如何控制budget,比如说每次订货额度多少等等

根据营业额来制定啊，什么时侯是淡季旺季心里有数吧？把历年报表都拿出来比对一下，每周每月的额度都一清二楚，饮品的budget，食物的budget，杂七杂八的budget，大数上能解释的合情合理就OK吧？

移民局总问这些奇葩的问题，一个商店3个人。还用什么BUDGET PLAN,什么好卖就多进点，经常查库存就可以。所谓BUDGET PLAN至少是中型以上企业。

其实不单单是一个budget plan 一个问题，你有没有stock take record, 如果这次order 超支了你有什么权限付超支的那块钱等等很多问题包含在budget plan 里面，我当初就是因为有这个问题最后悲剧的

I have all the reports including sales reports, expensens reports, stcok take reports ,etc.
in terms of all those reports, I do our ordering on a "as-needed" basic, because i have set up the maximum and minimum for every product in our shop. thats why we never do the budget plan for our store.
But i have been told that all these are nothing to do with budget plan. so i have no idea how i could explain this now...

we do have our own accountant, but budget plan has nothing to do with the accountant, right?
