Property managers are quashing the idea of a shortage of flats in Auckland.

The latest Crockers Property Investment Index shows most landlords feel rent prices are fair, and they aren't planning to raise them.

Crockers marketing manager Kim Sinclair says it reflects what their managers are saying - that demand is flat.

Kim Sinclair says overcrowding isn't an issue either, with most landlords not considering more people in their properties, even if it means more rent.

Property managers 当然不希望看到市场上很多房子放出来，房子越少对他们来说就越好。
