标题: 紧急求助！车库里的挡土墙渗水！咋办啊？ [打印本页]

家里的车库里有一小段挡土墙（木头的），高不超过1.5米，长度不超过1米。之前发现渗水（大约5年前），找了个师傅过来看，师傅挖了个沟，放了一些SCORIA在沟里头。但是可能前段时间雨水太多，而且车库可能也比较潮湿，今天发现这段挡土墙还是渗水啊！！！！那个角落有一些干了的黄泥汤的痕迹，而且挡土墙的其中有一段木头手按上去（最下面一段木头），外面已经软软的了。。。

，上面几段木头也有霉的痕迹。检查了车库的其他地方，都蛮干燥的（而且其他地方的挡土墙是CONCRETE的，也没有渗水）。
我在论坛看了一圈，貌似没有这类问题相关的帖子，难道没有朋友遇到过类似的问题吗？真心倒霉啊。。。

求助论坛各位大神及XDJM，这咋办啊？有没有什么师傅可以推荐给我的？感觉这活挺抠手的，因为是在GARAGE里面的挡土墙，什么DIGGER啊之类恐怕是不可能进去了（不知道如果要彻底搞好，是不是要挖开呢？）。。。或者师傅们也自荐一下？留个联系方式，我们约个时间，您过来看一下。。。

If this is a concrete or block wall that is below grade, you need to install a french drain. Dig down to the base of the foundation next to the house and install perforated drain lines and drain them well away from your home. Put a soil barrier membrane over the pipe and refill the trench with 3/4 drain rock till the pipe is at least covered with 12 inches. After that use soil. This will solve your mold problem. When the wall is exposed outside, you could also hire a roofer to come and "wet mop" an asphalt barrier on the wall before you bury your pipe. Good luck

挡土墙内侧做防水
放排水管
碎石回填
以后雨再大都不怕
管十几年没问题

谢谢阿～但是因为这个挡土墙的外面是DECK，里面是车库，DIGGER什么的去挖不太可能了，只能人手工去挖貌似。。。会不会很麻烦呢？费用是不是也很高呢？再次感谢！

even if you have finished it the French drain, it does not guaranteed it will work.

I asked a drain layer, they said, no guarantee. but he said 70% of people solved the problem.

哎呀，听起来很麻烦哦。。。您知道像我描述的这种情况修起来大约要多少钱吗？

另外，如果要是置之不理，会有什么问题？谢谢阿！

timber retaining wall本来也不是100% water proof的，一定会有水从木头间的缝隙渗出来。retaining wall后面一定要加subsoil drain的，只有scoria是不够的。长期考虑的话，建议把后面挖了重新做，加subsoil drain（subsoil drain需要接到private drainage里面），可以再加一层防水布在retaining wall 内侧。

我以前有个房子也是这样，据说是老房子没做防水，治本的办法就是挖开重新做，指标的办法就是里面涂防水漆，我很懒，直接把房子卖了...

外面没排水槽的装一个，这样不让水流到墙那。

然后里面涂防水漆，降低水从土壤里进水泥墙的可能性。

排水管是关键，没有排水管，其它什么防水啊SCORIA啊都是权宜之计，道理很简单，雨水流到了这个地方，不用排水管把水排走，这些水去哪里？

看看youtube，自己就会了，我自己也是这么干的。
