看到一套房子，查QV时提示Harzard identified on Title，点击旁边的小问号，解释说，这个显示这套房子已经存在或者有被自然灾害损坏的高风险。这是想说明什么呢？难道其它房产没有被自然灾害损坏的风险？为啥这套会有这个提示呢？
