那里的治安怎么样。经常看到美国发生枪击案。华盛顿如何，危险吗？据说美国人可以私人用强，因此有些害怕

私人用枪通常也不会乱用的。。D.C的治安应该不错的，白宫的所在啊。。。
毕竟哪里都有好人与坏人。。。。

市中心那块没事的而且很安全.不要跑离市中心,特别是晚上.但是到了市郊卫星城也很安全.
如果你去了市中心附近的居民区就会发现那里没有白人的,我坐大巴路过过,很吓人.

Not really.

You just need to apply and attend a safety course & pass a test,

and have someone inspect your house to make sure that you have a secure place to store your firearms.

then you will have the licence to buy and own firearms. That is almost the same in USA if not easier.

我还是觉得有很大不同，美国人可以合法带枪在身上，而这里却不行。

Not sure about that, but I thought NZ has less strict gun laws than the US.
