租约的确写着一半居住一半商用,但是整体上写了租客必须保持屋顶和GUTTER的CLEAR,所以那天房东来修了,找到了一个破洞,并发现了有7个破瓦片。然后给我写了这个邮件:
1) One of the spots on iron roof (located above the southern side of the living room leading to kitchen) was detected for minor leak and was sealed at the spot.
2) However it was noted with concern that 7 roof tiles in the same vicinity were found broken (photographs attached). I have been reported that all the tiles were in good condition only 6 months ago at the time last attended by the professional. As such it is evident that it is not a routine "wear and tear" of tiles that has happened. Let it be noted that it is not easy to find a replacement of such tiles.
3) You are strongly advised to engage in the future only a professional person for cleaning of roof and guttering debri, failing which you will be held liable to bear any costs that are caused by replacement and repairing of such a job.
我们确实有去清理GUTTER,但是屋顶根本就没有上去,英语不是特别好,但如果没理解错误的话,房东现在是不是说我们人为破坏他的瓦片了呢? 试问屋顶都没上去,如何去破坏呢,更何况他老不及时来修,我住这儿,故意去破坏,不是自己没事吃饱撑着吗?
