最近找了一家中介公司帮我管理房子，本来挺满意的因为很快就租了出去，但是已经过了一周了房租还是扣在中介那里，问他们说是他们系统慢了，因为以前没有找过中介，所以想问问各位前辈这这个正常吗？中介是很大的公司。多谢

正常，房租一般一个月结一次。

It is normal, most of the rental companies they will do a landlord payout during the 1st and 15th of the month only.

一班都是月底结账的.你也可以设定一个月两次

房租当然是要提前给了！
