新地址离小学近，可以走路接送儿子上学的，准备他四岁以后就搬过去的

Sorry for replying late. I don't know where to get Chinese passport photo in Hamilton, but know Auckland.
It seems NZ passport photo (45x35 mm) is slightly different from Chinese (48x33 mm).  Other requirements are similar. To make a Chinese passport photo, please follow the following steps or requirements. (Copy rights belong to 雷蒙德's post at http://bbs.skykiwi.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=1463364


一、必须是照相馆照的彩色照片；


二、必须用光面（Glossy Finish）相纸洗印照片，不能使用布纹相纸（Matte Finish）照片；


三、背景颜色为淡蓝色或白色；


四、面目清晰，整体效果不能太暗或太亮；


五、必须是正面（头像居中）免冠照片，不能佩戴头饰，佩戴眼镜时，眼镜不能反光；  


六、照片规格：48X33mm；头部宽度为21-24mm，头部长度为28-33mm；

七、不能有污迹、划痕或折痕；


特别注意：-
①不得佩戴有镜片的眼镜拍摄护照照片，可以佩戴镜架（无镜片）拍摄；
②女性不得佩戴耳饰、项饰（项链）、发饰（包括发带等），不得梳理奇形发饰，头发较长的应该将双耳露出，不得被头发遮盖。
③不得使用任何形式的侧面照、艺术照、生活照大头像及翻拍照片；
④男士着西装者，必须佩领带；头发较长的应该将双耳露出，不得被头发遮盖。

在网上的论坛里看到不少网友都在咨询如何用PhotoShop制作证件照。有了PhotoShop，我们可以自己在家制作证件照，不过这个方法对于一般用户来讲还是有点难度。试试epassportphoto网站吧，在这里，简单几步便可制作出标准的证件照。 网站地址：http://www.epassportphoto.com  在这里，简单几步便可制作出标准的证件照。

Step 01    进入网站，在“Country:”中选择“China”，在“Photo:”中选择“Visa(2×2")”或者 “Passport(4.8×3.3cm)”，之后单击“Get My Free Passport Photo”。单击“浏览”按钮，在本地电脑中选择一张照片上传，单击“Next”按钮。

Step 02    在照片上拖拽十字箭头至合适大小，然后将矩形框移动到头部区域，调整矩形框上面的绿色矩形在头顶附近，下面的绿色矩形在下巴附近，调整完成后单击“Next”按钮。

Step 03     单击“No thanks”，Skip to download your photo sheet now.进入证件照下载页面。单击“Download the passport photo sheet image”按钮，下载证件照到本地电脑中就算是大功告成了。带着你的U 盘去打印吧。记住照片尺寸选择4乘6   ，照相的时候距离尽量在2米内，中午时候 室内的自然光最好。

i have applied my daughter's visa to go back to China. but i received a phone call this morning, said i haven't had my PR for 2 years, my daughter can not apply a visa to go back to china(she has NZ passport now), the embassy has cancelled my daughter's Chinese passport. then told me she only can get 旅行证 to go back to China. and told me to make an appointment on the website. but,i have been searching it for whole morning. couldn't find the link,

can someone show me the link to make a appointment with the embassy?

Dear Tammy, I am really sorry for missing your question. I have been too busy to be online. Hope you have sorted out your problem. Regarding to 旅行证, there is a post talking about it:
