嘿嘿，我从来不考虑小于500平的房子，而且浴室瓷砖只贴一半高，太省了吧~

very good overall, 478m2 is pretty good for 5 bedroom house in mission height.
If this is a pure brick + weatherboard house, i guess the price will be close to 1m, if not over 1m.
Being plaster will hurt the price a little bit.

Do a proper building inspection to make sure no weather-tight issue.
Properlly constructed plaste with cavity cladding is very solid too. Both brick / weatherboard houe can also leak. Although the bad reputation of plaster will hurt the price a bit when you sell the house in future.

我覺得不錯
plaster不是惡魔，這種明顯不是典型的漏水房
如果用來自住的話，更加不用擔心了，天下有永遠不漏的房子嗎？

08年的房子本身没问题放心
有treated timber 有cavity 没问题没plaster的那种黄砖硬配2楼weather board的非常非常丑
