有可能要看看卖家是不是用的UPS 你可以联系看看之前在美国买的东西也是快递公司联系收的税

i think this email is fairly like a real/authentic trader's email.

please have a look of your purchase invoice from the internet trader. and contact the seller to confirm if this email is real or not.

我记得我之前也是官网买鞋的时候是Deckers什么的公司，我看也像真的。

不过保险一点，你还是联系一下uggs的客服吧。
