麽麽茶总公司（以下简称麽麽茶）声明
最近网上对“麽麽茶" 有很多信息流传，公司决定做出以下声明：
1. 麽麽茶企业和营运不存在任何资金问题，个别连锁店的决策是单独的商业决定，不影响麽麽茶的整体品牌。
2. Mo Mo Tea City的清盘属于个体行为，不影响其他连锁店和总公司的任何经营。根据清盘法，我们没有权利直接介入谈判，所以在清盘后，将由清盘者和债权人协商解决。
3. 麽麽茶并没有欠员工10万以上工资的现象，此信息纯属造谣，对造谣者，麽麽茶将追究其法律责任。
4. 麽麽茶绝对不会在任何场合和任何情况下用威胁或者是违法的行为对待他人，对于网上谣传麽麽茶威胁员工的行为，纯属造谣，对造谣者，麽麽茶将追究其法律责任。
5. 个别人士在网上的言论，采访和信息已经对麽麽茶造成极其恶劣的影响和诽谤，带来了不可估量的损失，在此，我们再次申明，对这种行为我们会用法律的手段追究到底。
6. 麽麽茶企业品牌一向以务实和诚恳的方式经营，我们会谦虚接受广大消费者的善意意见回馈，对任何不足之处做出认真改善。

PUBLIC ANOUNCEMENT
Due to recent negative publicity on theInternet, Mo Mo Holdings Limited (Hereinafter to be referred as "Mo MoTea") wishes to make the following statements:
1. Mo Mo Tea is an independent organisationoperating under Mo Mo Holdings Limited. The business decisions of individualfranchisee remain its own and the processes are separate ones independent ofthe franchisor. It does not impact the overall image and operation of the Mo MoTea Enterprise.
2. Mo Mo Tea City Franchisee is currently inthe process of liquidation. However, this does not affect the operation of anyother franchisees nor affecting the enterprise as a whole. According to the liquidationlegislations, no negotiation can be conducted during the process. Once the liquidationprocess is over, the liquidator will discuss details with all creditors andhopefully to resolve all issues.
3. Mo Mo Tea did not incur employmentliability over $100,000. Such information disclosed were inaccurate andmisleading. Mo Mo Tea intends to issue legal proceedings against personspublishing and/or republishing such information for causes such as negligence,defamation, intention to inflict emotional distress and libel.
4. Under no circumstance would Mo Mo Teaconduct itself in any illegal means, including the use of violence towards anyindividuals to achieve any purposes. The allegation that Mo Mo Tea had over thepast threatened its employees were without any foundation nor had any evidencein support. Mo Mo Tea intends to issue legal proceedings against personspublishing and/or republishing such information for causes such as negligence,defamation, intention to inflict emotional distress and libel.
5. Certain individuals have raisedallegations against Mo Mo Tea through internet publishing, republishing,participating in interviews have disclosed information that were misleading andit may also amount to defamation. To reiterate, Mo Mo Tea intends to seek legalremedies against those minorities.
6. Mo Mo Tea has always welcomed constructivefeedback from the public. With consistency, we endeavour our hardest to maintainour brand image and try our best to serve the wider public.
