没有买过房子。。所以没看懂他在说什么意思。。为啥这个卖的这么便宜呢？

LZ教你一个方法，看到便宜的房子先查查描述内容里是否出现了Leasehold？如果有就直接略过，别浪费时间

现在这个市场在AKL和CHCH真没什么大便宜好捡了，注意看leasehold

ground lease expire 的時候increase 幾十倍的話就會有問題了。

當然，吃得鹹魚抵得喝。

有一些parnell 的leasehold 100多年的我覺得還好，在中國買房只有70年，這個強多了。
