宝宝要回国住八个月要办寄养说要内政处出出出生公证！不知道怎么申请！申请表叫什么哪位妈妈帮帮我

前几天我去大使馆的时候，看到填表的位置有样本哦~~就是办理回国寄养的样本单呢~~LZ可以去一趟直接拿表参详那个怎么填写呢~~表格都是直接撞击在那里拿就可以了哦~~不过呢~~最好先拿个号，然后填表，到你号的时候，把你填的给工作人员看看呢~~会告诉你缺啥，要怎么填的呢~~或者撞击问他们呢~~不过貌似不同工作人员对要求稍微有点不同呢~~基本得跑两三趟才办成事呢~~
