98年的 Pajero, 做了一个Pre purchase Inspection，但是完全不懂车。不知道这车情况如何，如果要做service或是修这些大概会花多少钱？

General paint and panel repairs evident. Rear bumper trim missing.

Potential WoF defects requiring urgent attention
Steering
      - Tie Rod Right hand front inner ball joint: Excess movement

Defects requiring further investigation or repair
Cooling system
      - Radiator Coolant: Inhibitor/antifreeze concentration weak
      - Water pump Heater Hose: Brittle
Engine
      - Air Filter: Require servicing
Misc.
      - Left hand front mud flap: Insecure
Tyres
      - Front tyre tread: Recommend wheel alignment, wear on inner edge
