if you worked more than 6months then you are entitled have 2 weeks holiday pay
12 months for 4 weeks
or 8 % of total payment but subject 6month and 12 months condition
for example you received $10000 for the past 7 months then you are entitle to receive max 800 holiday pay
employer will pay you as you taking holiday
or
as you resigned all holiday pay must be clear up
