- We highly recommend sill flashings installed on all windows.
-We recommend the plasterer inspects the control joint between floors before painting.
-Have a top flashing installed across the outside power box.
 - The cracked roof tiles will need to be replaced right away.（只有一个瓦片裂了，不是全屋）
 会很贵吗？谢谢

可能不是修的问题也，什么样的房子。窗户没有做防水

第一项比较贵吧，因为要拆墙板，貌似LZ的房子的窗户没有装防水哦
