刚才去Dick Smith看到ipad mini 1 卖399，因为其他地方都卖450，所以想买一个。但是交钱的时候，卖家说是425，但是价格牌子上写的是399. 我记得法律中有写，如果价格牌上价格已经标出来，卖家就必须以这个价格卖。因为这不是顾客的错。是不是这么回事？？？

确定可以告false advertising.. 除非他们说地方放错了或者是客人挪的
