标题: 后车玻璃被砸东西被偷保险公司竟然不赔？ [打印本页]

晚上我车好好停在自家院子车棚里，而且说是drive way很深的那种，外面根本看不到里面有车，车棚里house不足三米，第二天早上一起来瞬间悲剧，后车玻璃了一大洞,然后发现包不见了，因为包里有我每天上课要用的东西放学回家后就一直放车上，当然去别的地方，会放到后备箱，由于本人21岁以下垫底费要700就没有买，修个玻璃花个七百多，还好我有财产保险，留学生必备的，但万万没想到这s13保险公司出尔反尔，我添单子递交前，打电话问他们能报吗，他说能，我递上去之后发邮件又说车上的东西在没人的时候被偷不报，尼玛啊！！！车里有人会被偷吗，我每天晚上都要在车里睡觉吗，坑爹啊。

Losses We do not cover under sections 6 & 7
We will not pay for any claims arising directly or indirectly from:

(a)the loss, theft or damage of personal items, cash, bank cards or travel documents:

1.left Unattended in a Public Place; or 2.left Unattended in a vehicle (including taxis); or 3.from unlocked premises or an unlocked vehicle;

as the policy says they don't need to pay you for the loss.

if you have purchased a contents insurance, it should cover your loss. but student max insurance doesn't cover.

楼主，你这个保险是车险，还是学生财产保险？车险应该只报修车钱，学生财产险要看你买的是什么了？

but why they told me they can accept this kind of loose twice （English and mandarin customer servers） when I called them. It not make sense, waste time for both of us. After that I have searched the related cases on internet, most of them have been accepted.

make a complain. they should record the telephone conversation anyway. According to their policy they don't need to cover, but if someone has agreed to pay you and misleading you before, you should try to complain, maybe you can get some compensation back who knows.

每个保险公司不一样一般保险公司全保都包财产的财产不管人在不再都赔如果人在那tm怎么还会被曝窗子呢! 就好比房子财产保险没人在家100%偷了赔不是说人不再偷了就不陪
