租金550-580 楼上三房380-400 楼下一房一厅带洗衣170-200全独立出入

半幅地，cross leasehold

massey 接近henderdon那块，隔壁一条路上有政府房，这条街没有

好的区其实租金和差区差不多，售价要高很多。我西区另外一个三房没装修的接近500一周了

更新了一下，楼下是全独立的

喔独立的那可能还差不多。整四房租这价有难度啊。屋况要是可以的话估计会有不少人抢啊。先下手为强把

the one bedroom downstairs is seperate.

But it does not have a "full Kitchen". it has a sink and place for microwave + small oven. Is it ok to rent out (legally)?

you mean the potential leakage? will have builder inspector to have a look.

it was all approved by council. just want to understand if DBH is happy abou it....

the bathroom downstairs was added later, yes legal.

but how do i know if it is a legal granny flat. When it was built, it was designed for owner to live ah.

any legal document i can have a look?

may need to check with the lawer. Not sure if they REALLY know this.....

这个就不清楚了，直接问中介？LIM或者property file 应该有点记录吧。
