看新闻说基督城很多房子CV的涨幅达到了50%,10年因为地震没有更新, 但是从11年一来,奥克兰的房价确实涨了不少,大家觉得9月份这次CV review那些区会飙升呢? 那些区会下调呢?

by the way, who can tell the previous CV in Auckland, say 4-5 years ago? then we can see how much it increased last time.....

one of my properties has decreased in CV last time by 5%, other two has not been increased at all

其实，2011年CV比2008？的CV没多大变化。但如今市场处于上升期，不同2008年-2011年处于下调期。

这个图显示中区，北岸和东区好多涨，西区南区好多跌的。今年估计西区和南区都有好多涨。

Now i remember, my house CV increased at 2008 review then did not change at 2011 review.

In 2008, it changed to my purchase price in 2008..........but can't remember the pre 2008 CV....
