Looking for someone to do some administrative and basic accounting part time job for my friends company.
As the workplace is in Glenfield, Massey University students studying accounting or finance are preferred.
You will be doing 10 hours a week, $20/Hour
some important requirement as followings,
- A strong administrative background.
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Word, Excel and Publisher, Accounts Payable & Receivable experience plus strong attention to detail and follow through are a must in this diverse role.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills,
- This role will require email and phone liaison with clients in order to understand their requirements where needed - so great English is a necessity
Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid visa to work in NZ.
