anyone know about stanmore bay ??

is it good suburb or not

some houses still not recovered from 2007's peak.

if you work in Albany, it is okay, if not, it is impossible to drive across the bridge.
Many developers went burst in 2008 doing projects in gulf harbour and Kensington park / orewa... it was badly hit during recession. I remember some private sale vacant land asking for $150k which they bought it for $350k in 2007.....

so creazy .? so maybe next recession this area will drop the price again? i search this area most of the population are from Euro , not many Maori and Asian people .

北岸的距离还可以，过桥哈哈哈。社区和torbay很接近，80以上都是白人，收入也不差，孩子不少，小学中学高中都是9分。靠近海岸的价格现在也不便宜。08年房市崩盘后其实比torbay, browns bay价格差的很少，那时候50多万torbay或browns bay的房，在那边也能卖到45万。现在恐怕一般的上班族只能买的起那边了。全副地特多。4年后建跨海大桥，提供6000个工作岗位，高速直插long bay背后。史称陈仓道。

i heard about that have a penlink from whagaparaoa road to long bay . but maybe need to pay toll fee until i dont know.

有啥impossible的呀，我老板就是住stanmore bay，我也住北岸，公司在east tamaki

华人有些很讲究嘛，以前同事无论级别高低好多都是1小时的路程上班，还有住岛上的。放眼看华人，都是家住在公司门口的哈哈。很多宁可卖房也要离公司近，这难道是以前住大院给闹的？按他们的话说叫location location location哈哈。
