新西兰的上班族太幸福了和中国比起来，公司里两个人跟ceo大吵了一顿，ceo出言不逊，他们就这周开始休stress leave了，还不能从sick and annual leave里面扣掉，公司付钱，还要告ceo最终律师非还要公司出。这要在中国早让你扫地出门了，两条腿的人多的是啊。大家如果stress了也可以这样哈哈哈

对的，就算有doctors certificate也不一定有钱拿吧。

According to the website of Department of Labour:

An employer may choose to provide stress leave (as part of, or in addition to sick leave) to address an employee's experience of stress and to reduce potential hazards and/or injuries to an employee or their colleagues that may arise from stress. Specific entitlements are, however, a negotiable matter between the employer and the employee.

可以拿钱，就是等于take sick leave。但是根据具体公司病假的年限，我们公司是每年可以take 10天sick leave，也就是大不了把十天都休了（前提是医生说你两周之内不适合工作），以后你要是再感冒发烧的话，就不给你发钱了，也就是unpaid sick leave.

因為NZ 的法律較偏向勞工, 所以kiwi 都灌壞了
