贷款快到期了，想换银行。

had bad experience with one of the other brokers in their company. seems too busy to take care of clients. hardly return calls or text. always delay. took over a month to sort out my pre-approval from the bank. .... I totally fed up and did by myself eventually.

I recommend Woody doesn't mean others in that company are as good as he is.
