partnership PR担保人需要无犯罪证明么？我拿到PR并且在NZ十几年了，但是2009-2011有2年呆在国内，不知道需不需要国内的无犯罪证明
还有我已经担保了对方2次配偶工签了，申请会不会很容易？但是还没结婚，如果没有结婚证需要什么额外的材料么？

只需要证明你们两的关系证明材料就行了。无需结婚证，当然有是更好的。你是需要无犯罪记录证明的。

7年内在其他国家超过一年，担保人也要无犯罪证明：

if your partner is aged 17 or over, your partner’s police certificates from any country (except for New Zealand) that he/she lived for 12 months or more in the seven years prior to the date your application is made
