既然是中资银行，肯定有人民币存款业务，相对人民币与纽币的汇兑就更为便捷了。至于外汇限制得问工行工作人员了。

五万的外汇限制 RMB> NZD? I don't think that will change. It got nothing to do with the bank that is the ltd set by ForeignExchangeControl
