本人新西兰西厨level 5毕业，一年课程，2012-2013. 13年8月到现在工作5个月整，想自己递交一下PR看看怎么样。最近在写EOI，有3个问题请教，哪位大神指导一下，老弟不胜感激。
1：本地学历不需要去NZQA评估吧？

2：关于学历那部分。首先我没看见 F13那个选项啊，F12之后直接就是F14了。然后就是我的学历 claim points 那部分，

PLEASE NOTE: To qualify for points as a recognised qualification your qualification must have been assessed by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA), either

by virtue of being on the List of Qualifications (see question F 3); or
by individual assessment (see questions F4 - F6).

F3a.	Is this qualification included as an exact match* on the List of Qualifications?Or has an Occupational Registration Body assessed your qualification as comparable to a New Zealand qualification?
	*Please read sections SM14.5 and SM14.10 for more information.
	Select an option No Yes * (If no, go to question F4)
	If 'Yes' what level is your qualification?

If you hold a New Zealand qualification at levels three, four, five or six on the New Zealand Qualification Framework and you started the qualification before 25 July 2011 please ensure that you select the correct option below. Please read SM14.10.1

上边就是我回答的，不知对与否？但是我输入下边的选项5-Diplomas-40 points。显示的是50分啊，我的学历应该是40分的啊。

3：如下图：F4a 是和上边相连的，我是应该写 NO 了？

F4a.	Alternatively do you hold a report from the New Zealand Qualifications Authority assessing the level of your qualification?
	PLEASE NOTE: if you have only submitted a Pre-Assessment Result (PAR) for your EOI, and you are invited to apply for residence, the level of your qualification will have to be confirmed through a full International Qualifications Assessment (IQA) by NZQA before points can be awarded.
	Select an option No Yes (If no, go to next page)

恭喜啊，我今年申请，有好些细节不清楚。你这个问题后来是怎么解决了，我也遇到这个问题，不知道怎么填，能介绍一下，你当时怎么填的吗？
