各位高人，最近在研究盖房过程中的木料处理的流程，看到材料中有如一句话：

All non heart timber shall be treated. Non heart timber exposed to the weather shall be pressure treated with Tanalith C to salt retention of 0.3 lbs cu. ft. Enclosed non heart timbers shall be diffusion treated by Boron process. Equivalent alternative treatments may be submitted to the Architect for approval. Treated timbers shall be reseasoned to moisture contents required in paragraph above.

该怎么理解？这是什么方式的Treatment？

这个是木材的防腐处理，90年代有一大批房子木材都没经过处理，老一点的房或者新一点的房building code 木材必须经过防腐处理
H3.1 —— Exposure to Weather, Above Ground Only (室外，地面以上）
H3.2 —— Exposure to weather, above ground; or protection from weather and risk of moisture entrapment (室外，地面以上或者是室内但是有浸淡水风险）4 E0 v+ R9 H+ \# h% g r# J' u) g
H4 —— Exposure to weather in ground(室外，地面以下）2 M# }; f+ }0 Y. V# e& N
H5 —— Exposure to weather in ground or freshwater; permanently wet (室外，地面以下或者是永久浸淡水）,( C+ B) m: J9 B' f; p. l
H6 —— In ground or seawater; permanently wet (室外，地面以下或者是永久浸海水）/ r

Tanalith C 是一种化学原料吧？这个具体不清楚了：）
