我现在明白了！
上个星期 30 huntington park drive, 也是greenhithe,就附近的一条街，上市3天就preauction offer 99万，后来拍卖的99.1万。。整个房子才上市7天就卖出了。。。

我还觉得贵了。。为什么这么着急。。现在看起来这个4房一个study，200多一点的房子都要96。5万了。。。那个可是5房快300的平方米啊。。。99.1万真便宜

some areas are reaching the height, unless another wave.... eg forrest hill, glenfield Westlake zone

this area seems to catch up in the last few months... $80 - $100k increase easily

primary school : upper harbours
Secondary school : Albany junior and Senior

如果不信就当我乱说，我觉得保守估计一直会涨到7月，一般估计至少涨到年底。。。
大胆估计会涨两年除非新西兰突然收紧投资移民。。。

this is a new wave in this area.... price is breaking away from $800k range, purchasers are acting fast whenever there is good stock on the market.

对。。我们看过这套，是议价。82.9k就是开价。。。但是前面的斜坡还是蛮斜的。。。照片照得好。。
没有3天吧。。大概卖了1个星期吧。。。我们也约来看过的

subject to contract , then unconditional within a week, according to agent who sold me the house on the same street which was 700k range just few months ago......
