yes, you can. pay every two weeks or monlty as your choice. but have to be at least 3 months membership period.

no, you have to pay as you go, but you can stop at any time after 3 months you joined. easy as

then, try Snap Fitness or Anytime Fitness, they only need 1 month notice to stop the membership
