那些争论现在房价是涨还是跌的朋友可以停一下了,坐等这个房子的拍卖结果吧.
这个去年barfoot老总家的亲戚中介刚卖掉,什么变动都没现在又上市了,看照片还是那样破,唯一的变化是去年是空房卖,今年多了一些和房子比较搭的破家具,看看现在能拍到多少.
我记得去年好象是90万左右吧,麻烦哪个barfoot的中介查一下.

我是记得好象有贴子的,刚刚搜索waterloo没有搜到,原来你写的是water loo, 哈哈.

80.5万 pass in的, 最后可能86卖了吧,算上贷款利息和中介费, 去年房东89.5万买的, 虽然租了大半年有点租金回报, 但是还是直接亏6万+.

yes, true. I heard one shocking news about an auction on that rd... ie in one auction, the bid was not genuine, it was a mistake the one bid went from 800k to 950k .

the last bidder add $1000, and she bought it.

sorry, don't ask me which hse.... just think it is shocking when I heard from someone reliable.

After that, this 20 waterloo tries to follow the price trend, and was sold for $890k.... and today sold for $860k

after $950k bid, it declared on the market (reserve met)..... then come $1000 ------------> auctioneer declared sold.

the person who bid at $800k and audience all speechless.

The above refer to another house in waterloo, not no. 20 waterloo.
