HR一般都有流程，你可以申诉，但一般也就是走个流程

可以申诉，但是，基本没用

You have the right not to sign the performance review and go through the internal grievance process to appeal, or extremely the external process (lawyers)

However, unless you have some hard-core evidences to show your achievements, the end result normally doesn't change.
