This house is sold on auction today For 910k.

It's much cheaper than I thought, I thought it will be over 1 million. Or this is about the right price? What do you guys thing?

flat 446m section, exterior is nothing fancy but not cheap either. Interior is actually good in my opinion, timber floor, good kitchen, good appliance, fully tiled bath room... I would estimate around 1 mil+ market value?

oh really? what will be a fair price? New 4 bed houses in Dominion Rd / Mt Roskill (with larger indoor area, say 220m2) sold under auction around 1.2 just last month.

主路，Shared Driveway, 4房来说面积偏小（我现在住的3房就是160平），单层，这都是便宜的原因。

不过最大的原因还是BUILDER急着出手了

大哥，单层weatherboard为什么会破百万？50w的地，房子造价在那摆着呢。这房子前几天听summer提过了，现在这个价格已经是超过了预期，卖得不错。

你的记忆力非常好，开cafe那是3，4年前的事了，后来自己不开店了，帮总公司找人开店都开了7，8家啦。

这个房子虽然新建的，地点不好，在大马路旁，很吵，后院还不大，而且房子都比周围的房子矮一大节，阳光不充足，下雨的时候，附近的水都回流到这里，当时看房的时候，几天都没下雨，门口的和后院的下水道还积了很多水，要是下大雨的话有可能水会满出来。
多少钱都不买，还卖到910K，肯定是不认真看的有钱人。
