我家房子比这个海景好多了也是5房地点也比这个好。。没租到1千这个房不是在卖爸忽悠买家

may be this property is no longer available, agent put high price to stop people calling and can re-use the advertisement space in future.

是的，他们都是按照版面来包月或是包周来租，所以中介通常说的包中介费了，你不用出钱了，其实也没几个钱而已，根本不是他们给的单子上的所以的好几百元那样.

嗯，对他们来说没什么分别的，不过房东自己登广告就要被TM砍一刀。。。哈哈

recently there is a change on trade me fee, agents need to pay now on every listing ( discounted).

I no longer receive phone call from letting agent when I advertise privately..... they are stung by the advertisement fee.

that explain lower nos of listings for selling and letting on TM, as a lot of listings are doubling out by owner, multiple agents on same property previously.

所以卖房的时候很多都会让list agent将广告费,home staging费用，LIM report费用,拍卖费，照相费这些全包了.
