Trafficcongestion has started to ease in central Auckland following an incident closeto the Harbour Bridge.

VictoriaTunnel remains closed after reports of a man on the Harbour Bridge on-ramp.

But thesouthbound lane on State Highway 1 at St Mary's Bay has re-opened, with thenorthbound due to open shortly.

A detourroute for northbound traffic is still in place for north-bound traffic.

Long delaysare expected and the New Zealand Transport Agency recommends drivers to avoidthe area or delay their trips if possible.

The trafficchaos comes as many workers finish up before the Christmas break.

不是大桥有人跳海，是有人坐在高速指示牌的架子上面。这人已经被逮捕了，高速恢复中
