As we are seeing an increase in the wholesale rates which is putting pressure on our margins the rates offered must be accepted by close of business 17/12/2013 as we may not be in a position to extend the rates. And the deal will have to be re-priced with no guarantee that previously offered rates will be available.

我贷了15万，找的broker，我自己谈是1000cashback。
我考虑是不是定两年的，想赌它2015年的8%。

定2年了，利息短期不好跌，只会上涨

必须是一年4.95.。。。。。。。。

因为打个比方，一年后它可能会达到6，那时你可以定长期或者是短期

但是你现在定两年5.6，两年后可能就会达到7，那时长短都不划算

所以不管是从价格还是灵活程度，都是一年好

Money will be expensive from next yr onward.

I just sold a hse, the bank can't wait to get me settled my fixed loans ( all fixed at 4.99% expiring on 2015). They can use the money for higher rates now....

其实只是官方排价涨了本来官方4.95的利率就是底线了现在涨了后相信拿完折扣后的应该和4.95的差不多问题是2年的现在似乎比较高

买了房子了，1年也好，2年也罢，都是鱼肉。就算4.95%一年了，明年这个时候也会享受利率高的优惠。一年也没查什么的了。怕这个就别买房呗。
